The Red Devils visited the Tallmadge Blue Devils on Tuesday in sunny skies and winds gusting up to 20-30 mph. The Red Devils jumped on Tallmadge scoring 7 runs in the first 3 innings to take a 7-4 lead heading into the 4th. That is when things turned Blue for the Red Devils. Tallmadge plated 8 runs before registering an out. The Blue Devils posted runs in the 5th and 6th for a total tally of 16 runs on 19 hits. The Red Devils attempted a comeback in the 6th when Maci Head sent a 3-0 pitch over the left field fence for a 3 run dinger. Bella Hunter went 4-4 for the Devils hitting 4 singles and gathering 2 RBI’s. Mikayla Berquist was 2-3 with a double and an RBI.
